Operation Restoring Veteran Hope is an Arizona 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to support the veteran community. Operation Restoring Veteran Hope was launched to fill a gap in the veteran support system - providing individualized and personal support from Veterans who have previously struggled themselves.
Our programs serve veterans that are struggling with addiction, PTSD, suicidal ideations, and those coming out of prison, jail, and rehabilitation programs - at no cost to them.
We want struggling veterans to know that they are not alone and instill hope that recovery is possible.

OUR FOUNDER
Ray Perez started Operation Restoring Veteran Hope in 2018, fueled by a goal to serve veterans like himself. Ray understands the struggle of veterans, having himself struggled with incarceration, drug addiction, and homelessness after serving our country. Today, he runs Operation Restoring Veteran Hope’s headquarters called “The Bunker” and continues to inspire veterans to hope for the future.
